Hot Rubber Crack Filling In SeaTac & the Puget Sound
Cracks let water under your pavement. Water freezes, expands, and turns hairline cracks into potholes. I melt commercial-grade rubberized crack filler on-site and apply it hot so it bonds deep and stays flexible through Washington freeze-thaw cycles.
Available all winter on dry days

Common questions
Hot Rubber Crack Filling, answered.
Why hot rubber instead of a filler from the hardware store?
Hot-applied rubberized filler bonds to the crack walls and stays flexible as the pavement expands and contracts. That flexibility is what keeps cracks sealed through Washington's wet winters and freeze-thaw cycles.
Can crack filling be done in the winter?
Yes. Crack filling continues through the winter on dry days, which is a good time to stop water from getting in before it does more damage.
Should cracks be filled before sealcoating?
Yes. Sealer alone won't close an open crack, so cracks get filled first and the sealcoat goes over the top.
