I’m Chad Moudy. After years working in and around asphalt, I started Northwest Sealcoating Solutions to do this work the way it should be done, instead of watching local driveways get left to rot or hacked at by crews that didn’t care.

My plan is simple: show up when I say I’ll show up, do the prep most companies skip, use materials I’d put on my own driveway, and stand behind every job.

The business is newly licensed in Washington and fully insured. I run a purpose-built sealcoating trailer: concentrated asphalt emulsion sealer cut with sand and a high-traffic additive rated for fast-food drive-thrus, hot-applied rubber crack-fill, and pro-grade striping equipment. No subcontractors. No upsells. No surprises on the invoice.
